In October, the 1,000th meal was served through the St. Vincent de Paul community meal program and its food donated to neighborhood charities. Thanks to the setup, cleanup, greeter, and server volunteers and the sandwich-makers who provide a “to-go bag” for the meal with surplus sandwiches, providing hundreds of meals to other organizations.
