As many of you have heard, Monsignor Jim is celebrating his 50th Jubilee as a priest this year and is also retiring as Queen of Apostles Pastor on July 1. We are planning a celebration for Monsignor on June 11. Here are some of the ways you can get involved in the celebration:
- We are looking for families to volunteer to sponsor the celebration. Donations will be collected through Give Central. Click here to sign up to help sponsor the event.
- The celebration is planned for Sunday, June 11, with a bilingual Mass starting at 11:30 a.m. and a community celebration and meal from 1:00 – 3:00 in the Queens gym. We need volunteers to help with setting up before the event as well as on the day of the celebration. Sign up here.
- We hope everyone will be able to join us on June 11 for the celebration. Please RSVP here so that we can get an accurate count.
- Watch for information about contributing to a group gift for Father Jim and details about dropping off notes and cards for Father Jim.
