Who Likes to Golf?
The Men’s Club has a 9-hole Golf League at Robert Black GC that begins in April and runs through September. Play is every other Tuesday evening starting at 5pm. It is a handicapped league, so all levels of golfers are welcome to play. If interested or if you have questions or would like more details, please contact Steve Swanson at sdswanson@ameritech.net who is League Commissioner for 2024. This is a fun way to meet members of the QofA parish and enjoy some fellowship in a relaxed environment.

Propagation of the Faith Collection Message
Dear Missionary Disciples,
On behalf of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith, we wish to thank you for your faithful participation in the annual World Mission Sunday celebration with a gift of $2,246.25. As Pope Francis stated in his message for World Mission Sunday, “The prayers and the material aid generously given and distributed through the Pontifical Mission Societies enable the Holy See to ensure that those who are helped in their needs can in turn bear witness to the Gospel in the Circumstances of their daily lives.” Through your generous support on World Mission Sunday, theChurch continues to make disciples of Jesus Christ through ministries of compassion, accompaniment, and assistance to those most in need across the globe.
We encourage you to continue living out the call to mission throughout the year by supporting global mission efforts within your parish and by engaging with locally-represented missionary organizations. Please contact us or visit our web site to discover ways that the Mission Office can support you in your mission journey.
We thank you once again for your generosity, and may God bless you in continuing to transform the world in the light of Christ.
Sincerely in the Mission of Jesus,
Megan Mio, Director
Irene Acevedo-Gonzalez, Bookkeeper
Advent Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19 in the church. Individual confessions will be offered in English or in Spanish. During Advent, take the time to strengthen your desire for personal change as a follower of Christ, to make room for the infant Jesus to be born anew in your heart and to receive his forgiveness and mercy. Those with older children can attend as a family and give witness to one another’s joy as you each receive God’s forgiveness through your confession and absolution. Please prayerfully consider this opportunity!
